Also, Dr. Potenza is an experienced ultrasonographer, and our hospital offers this service on site. While most other practices have to refer to another facility, we provide ultrasound services in our hospital on an immediate basis when indicated. Radiography and ultrasonography are truly complimentary diagnostic techniques, each providing information that enhances our diagnostic and therapeutic capabilities. Often, using one without the other gives an incomplete picture of the problems at hand.
